When you click the signup button you will be taken through our simple to use order wizard. Once you have completed the order wizard you will receive a welcome email with your Members Portal login information and an Order Confirmation email. You may also receive an invoice and a payment confirmation message.
Once we have activated your hosting account, you will then receive a welcome pack email giving all the connection information you need, such as control panel login information, name servers and other useful information to get you started.
To protect our services and existing clients, when you sign up for a new package, including Linux and Windows Website Hosting plans, our billing system will automatically place your order in our pending approval queue while we carry out fraud protection checks. This can take up to 24 hours but is usually done within 1 hour.
To avoid any additional delays, please ensure that you are using the same account postal address as the registered card holder's address. Also signing up from a different country from the registered card holder's address may result in additional checks being required prior to activation.
When signing up using paypal, it is recommended that you use an account with a fully confirmed email address.
It is also advisable to not use a free email address, such as gmail, hotmail, aol, yahoo etc
